Trupti Malu

Trupti Malu is associated with ProHR as a Program Facilitator, bringing over 12 years of multidisciplinary experience across counselling, human resources, teaching, marketing, and psychology. Her diverse background enables her to bring a well-rounded, people-centric perspective to learning and development.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, is a certified NLP Practitioner, and has completed her PGDHRM from Symbiosis—credentials that strengthen her ability to understand human behavior, workplace dynamics, and individual growth.

Her work focuses on mental well-being, behavioral development, and professional effectiveness, helping individuals and organizations build more aware, resilient, and high-performing workplaces. At ProHR, she contributes to designing and delivering meaningful learning experiences that combine practical insights with a deep understanding of people.

Meenakshi
Head of HR

Meenakshi Jadhav

Meenakshi Jadhav is working with Transcorp International Limited as Head of HR and AI Enablement ,bringing a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution excellence in human resource management. With over 25 years of experience across industries including retail, manufacturing, consumer durables, and financial services, she brings deep business insight along with strong people leadership capabilities. Her cross-functional exposure spans retail operations, supply chain, e-commerce, and marketing.

She has completed Advanced Human Resource Management from IIM Indore, strengthening her strategic approach to modern HR practices. With extensive experience in HR strategy, policy frameworks, performance management systems, and compliance, she has built structured and scalable HR ecosystems.

Her work focuses on integrating AI into HR practices—enabling smarter hiring, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-driven decisions, with a strong focus on building high-impact, people-centric workplaces.

Manish
HR Associate

Manish Goswami

Manish Goswami is an HR Associate and Business Executive at ProHR, contributing to both people strategy and operational efficiency. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and International Business, providing him with a strong foundation in managing diverse workforce dynamics. With his experience in recruitment and operations, he has developed practical expertise in talent acquisition, coordination, and process optimization.

At ProHR, Manish supports end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes and operational workflows. He is a SHRM and HRCI certified HR Generalist, reflecting his commitment to global HR standards and continuous professional development. Additionally, he is a certified POSH Trainer, actively promoting workplace safety and compliance.

Manish is known for his structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to align HR practices with business goals. His growing experience and certifications position him as a reliable contributor to ProHR’s mission of building strong and scalable people systems.
